Sparos Liquid: notices before 3:00 PM CT settle the next banking day. Sparos Income: submit a notice and principal returns 180 days later, with interest continuing throughout.
Submit a withdrawal at 1:00 PM CT on the 5th (before the cutoff) and your transfer arrives on the 6th. Submit at 4:00 PM CT on the 5th (after the cutoff) and it's treated as the 6th, so it arrives on the 7th, assuming those are all banking days.
Each note is personally guaranteed by Will and Sam, jointly and severally. Lenders have direct recourse to both individuals.
